What is here, and what is not

Pup Census publishes pet licence records released by city governments as open data. These records contain the animal’s name, breed, year of birth, sex and the owner’s ZIP code. They do not contain owner names, addresses, telephone numbers or email addresses, and we do not publish licence numbers. We do not combine these records with any other source to identify individuals.

If you believe a record here identifies you, write to privacy@pupcensus.com and we will remove it. You do not have to explain why.

What this site collects about you

Aggregate page view counts, with no cookies and no cross-site tracking. If you give us an email address, it is used to send you what you asked for and nothing else, and you can leave at any time.
